I liked the fleecy material - it means I do not get too hot when on a dive in my drysuit - but it keeps me warm enough whilst in water that was 10 degrees celsius. I would recommend this if you are wearing something underneath it to add that extra warmth - as alone it would be a bit cold - I wore shorts and a t-shirt one day, then leggings and a long gym top the next. I would say leggings (sports ones are fine) and a long gym top underneath would be sufficient.

10/10 for delivery order the undersuit fleece on Tuesday morning arrived Wednesday afternoon , Glasgow to cardiff for a £5 delivery brilliant. i used the fleece undersuit with my fishing waders, most of the time the depth of water came up to my waste , for 3 hrs i was worm and comfortable, the vip worked like it should that takes the worry away when you need to go. the pockets are deep and large enough to hold keys mobile phone and more. i give top makes for the lomo element fleece drysuit undersuit for value and usage. as for fitting im 5ft10 40" chest and went for a medium thanks lomo
