Used in swimming pool few times and the most important thing was it has kept my phone dry. Touch screen isn’t always easiest to use when wet but you are in the water so what can you expect really, you can still use the phone and take photos which were clear and looked fairly good and generally worked well in the water. iPhone fit in case with ease and mechanism to lock were easy to use

I haven't actually needed the pouch for anything yet. The phone cover was needed for my job as a care worker as I'm on foot in all weathers visiting clients all over town. I'm on my phone either following Maps, filling in notes, messaging or reading client information as I walk. Positives: - Fit my phone with its case on - definitely waterproof - possible to type through it Negatives: - quite cumbersome - the seal at the top is very fiddly and hard to operate, especially if rain comes suddenly; rain usually gets into it in the time it takes to open and close. - it seems to have stretched after 5 or 6 uses (guessing because of the phone case) so it no longer sits flat against the screen making typing or scrolling much slower and more difficult.

Disclaimer for anything you'll take in the water: be PREPARED to lose it. It only needs to fail once. And ALWAYS test the case for your tech's sake. I've used this case to film underwater for up to 45 mins with my _old_ phone - Samsung A32 and it fit well (don't risk your good phone unless you've got insurance or want a new one 😂) and it's been super easy to use and had no issues. The biggest inconvenience is that your touchscreen will not be usable underwater, because the technology was never meant to go there. I've used Background Video Recorder app to get around that, or you can start recording above water and dunk it quickly then hope it doesn't stop. Once above water it drains rapidly and you can use the touchscreen like normal. When not used for snorkeling underwater videos/photos this case is a super lightweight backup to have for hiking in case of rain - you got caught out, so you might as well use it and reduce the chance of water if you need to use your phone. The waterproof bag is a nice bonus for putting some small items in during kayaking/paddleboarding.

Handy to keep keys,phone and cash card on me when paddleboarding, when you dont want to carry a large drybag. Checked gow waterproof by putting tissue in it sealing it up and submerging in water for half hour tissue was still dry when I opened it up. Reasonable price. Handy to take pics through the case when out on the water :)

Second time using it in the sea, it got wet inside and my money got wet too. As it was damp inside the case, my phone nearly got damaged but luckily there was no harm done. :/ The black belt bag seems to be fine. The problem occured with the phone case.
